ALICH was incorporated in the year 2002 in Dubai,UAE as a Real Estate Brokerage & Investment House. Since then, it has expanded into development and management of a number of projects in Ajman, Dubai and Oman.

In 2008, the board at ALICH engaged in the process of expansion plans for the company.and as a result, a new branch office was opened in Jumeirah Lake Towers.
